Experience Officer

Park supervisors and animators, or as we call them – Experience Officers are the life and soul of Destiny Park and will play a key role in creating lasting impressions for our visitors. Educating children about the real world, through role-playing activities, in which they get to experience what it’s like to have different jobs, is intertwined with play and play, and Experience Officers have the mission to guide and supervise them in the experiences of the Park.

In this position you will be responsible for supervising and guiding all operations from the managed experience:

– Welcoming children (there will be between 4 and 8 children at a time)

– Entering the space for the experience, offering uniforms and scanning the bracelets

– Presenting a cartoon or other materials and explain what they have to do for the next 15-20 minutes

– Carrying out and supervising the activity

– Bracelet scanning, photography, remuneration of activity participants and thanks

– Preparation for the next group of children – ensures that each work point of the activity is prepared for the next group of visitors.

Work program

Working hours will be different depending on the department and role, but those with full hours will include 5 working days in the range of 7 calendar days based on a work schedule that covers weekends, night hours, days off with compliance with legal provisions.

What should you expect if you pass the first stage of verification?

If you have passed the CV verification stage, you will be invited to participate in an interview or an evaluation center, depending on the position. During the interview, candidates will complete a short aptitude test.

Conditions of employment: For us it is very important that the Destiny team is made up of dedicated people, full of energy, but who prove seriousness, moral conduct and the probity of these things. Therefore, when hiring, we will request:

Criminal record: All employees will present a criminal record certificate and a certificate of behavioral integrity as part of the documents required for employment.

The right to work in Romania: All employees must be eligible to work in Romania. If you are invited to participate in an interview or assessment center (Assessment center), you will have to present the documents proving this (identity card, student visa with employment right, dependent, etc.).

Dress code: Employees who will be part of the operational team will receive a uniform that they will wear during the activity in the park, and business casual is the code for the other employees.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: In line with our commitment to safety, all employees can be randomly tested with tests to determine their blood alcohol or drug use.
