With over 15 years of experience as a trainer and public speaker, Urania Cremene holds several national and international accreditations as a Master Trainer, Coach and Facilitator.
She teached a hundred leadership training programs for the largest companies in Romania. She had the chance to work with thousands of people during these years, most of them being company owners, middle or top managers.
Parenting became a passion and, at the same time, a need for her more than 10 years ago, with her preparation to become a mother. She dedicated her work to the parents and children of this country and made the complete transition from the Business Leadership area to the Parenting area in 2010.
Urania Cremene developed All About Parenting – the first parenting program in Romania and the only one in the world based on the latest research in the science of motivation, as well as Self-Determination Theory (created by researchers Ryan & Deci).
